Firm
Housing
Innovations was established in 1980 with residential projects,
both addition /remodeling and new construction, as our goals.
The
designer and the construction manager roles will be provided
by the same person. You will work, throughout the project,
start to finish, with the principal of the firm. This means
that he is your administrative representative during the design
and on site for the construction process.

This is achieved with straightforward honesty.
Direct
cost basis is another method unique to Housing Innovations.
The client will pay the actual, discounted, costs related
to the construction process of the project. There are no pricing
"games". A fixed direct fee for the administrative
process is applied not a "percentage" of the construction
costs method.

subcontractors that are interested in, and capable of, superior
quality are the few considered to participate in the construction
of your project.
Uniqueness
is a goal pursued throughout. Balancing components of the
project, without symmetry, is one example. Use of natural
materials and how natural light is introduced are other examples.
